Privacy.
This notice explains what this website collects, why, and what you can ask us to do about it. It is written for the website only. The Mirador product runs in your own cloud and is covered by the agreement you sign for it.
Who we are
Mirador is made by Mirador Systems Ltd, company number [COMPANY NUMBER], registered office [REGISTERED OFFICE]. We are the controller for the personal data described here. You can reach us at hello@mirador.systems.
What we collect
When you request a demo we collect your name, your work email address, your company, what you run, and anything you choose to write in the notes field. The form also sends a Cloudflare Turnstile token and your IP address so we can tell people from automated traffic and limit repeated submissions. We keep a one way hash of the IP address for ten minutes for that limit and do not keep the address itself.
If analytics are enabled on this site they run through Plausible, which does not use cookies and does not store personal data. The site sets no cookies of its own.
Why we collect it and on what basis
We use the form data to reply to your enquiry and to arrange the demo you asked for. Our lawful basis is our legitimate interest in answering an enquiry you made to us. We do not add you to a mailing list and we do not use the data for anything else.
How long we keep it
We keep demo requests and our replies for 12 months from the date of your request, then delete them, unless you have become a customer, in which case the customer agreement applies.
Who processes it for us
- Resend, which delivers the email containing your request and the acknowledgement to you.
- Cloudflare Turnstile, which checks that the form was submitted by a person.
- Upstash, which holds the hashed rate limit counter for ten minutes.
- Vercel, which hosts this website and processes requests to it.
- Plausible, only if analytics are enabled, which counts page views without personal data.
Some of these providers process data outside the United Kingdom. Where they do, transfers rely on the UK International Data Transfer Agreement or the UK Addendum to the EU Standard Contractual Clauses.
Your rights
You can ask us for a copy of the data we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email hello@mirador.systems and we will act within one month. You can also complain to the Information Commissioner's Office if you think we have handled your data badly.
Changes
If this notice changes we will update the date at the top of the page.
